The Nia Advantage
Guiding Philosophy to Delivering Excellent Services
All Provider Agencies desire to have Associates that will deliver excellent services to those whom have been entrusted in their care. Nia Association is no different. Nia Association, a community-based organization that has been in the Clarksville-Montgomery County for over 10 years, has revamped its education and training program to ensure just that. We can boast about an education and training center that can arm individuals with the necessary knowledge that is required by DMRS and the State of Tennessee, values that reflect a person of integrity and skills that will ensure that recipients receive first-rate services. Nia is experiencing fewer turnovers, higher retention rates and increased employee satisfaction because we have committed ourselves to be a conduit of education and training. As W.B.Yeats once said: “Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire.” This stance has aided our Associates to feel better about whom they are and the services they perform. Nia Association offers a unique approach to the attainment of skills that sets it apart from other Provider Agencies. We call it the Nia Advantage, here is how it works:
