CEO REQUESTS DONATIONS FOR DISABLED COMBAT VETERANS

Many people with disabilities do not have family members or others who are adequately trained to provide temporary or long-term supports. Additionally, the caregivers may require intermittent or respite assistance with the overall responsibilities. Veterans may not desire to return to their homes of record. They may simply want or need reliable, certified, competent assistance within their respective homes. Examples include: Personal Care, Affordable Housing, Employment, Financial Management, Medication Administration Management, Logistical, Transportation and Home Modification coordination services. Nia Association has provided Disability supports for over 13 years. Funding continues to decrease annually. However, the same level personal support is required.

The Nia IRS FEIN for your tax deductable donations: 31-1538734. Donors will receive confirmation of their contributions. Funds collected for disability supports are maintained in a specific DCV account.
