Community Based Day Services-We provide weekday services that enable recipients to participate in meaningful and productive activities in the community in order that they may develop relationships with friends and family members.
Facility Based Day Services- These services are provided in out Activities Center. Supports are geared toward training in personal care, development of needed skills and preferred vocational activities.
Residential Habilitation-We provide support staff to families who desire vacation time or need temporary lodging for their family member away from home.
Family Model Residential Support-We provide individualized 24-hour supports in a family environment in the home of training caregivers other than the family of origin.
Supported Living-We provide individualized 24-hour support that enable service recipients to live in a home of their choosing. They receive assistance with daily living activities such as: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, household chores, budget management, medical appointment and medication management.
