Supported Employment

We assist our recipients with employment by providing skills training, job placement and other services, to include a job coach, to ensure that they achieve and maintain job stability.

Nia Association utilizes the services of other employers and sites for job assessment and development for recipients. Some of the places that individuals are employed at are:

• Outback Steakhouse
• McLeod’s
• Supply warehouses
• Family entertainment centers
